Brickell - Affordable Option

What I offer: a comfortable queen size air bed in a spacious living room (not a private room). Please note this is a semi-private space not a private room.

Included: Free WiFi , coin operated washing and dryer available in the common areas, fully equipped kitchen, balcony, pool overlooking the bay, AC, towels and linens provided. Gated building with 24/7 security and free guest parking. I can pick up or drop off guests at the Miami airport or Ft. Lauderdale airport for an additional charge. I will pick up guests for free at the Brickell metromover station or anywhere in Brickell.

The location: Brickell: one of the best and safest areas to stay in Miami. Key Biscayne beaches are a 10m walk and The Vizcaya museum and the Science museum are only a 15m walk. Extremely convenient location for long and short term visitors.

Getting around: Brickell has a free trolley that takes you everywhere in the area. The stop is right outside the building. There are also plenty of busses that will connect you with the Metro stations just a few blocks away. No need to rent a car during your stay and I can give you a free ride to South Beach every morning and pick you up in the afternoon.

Important Note: please understand that you will be sharing the apartment with your hostess, who will be in a separate room. You will get plenty of privacy and you can come and go as you please. Thank you!
