A villa located in the beautiful Majorcan countryside, ideal for couples with children or little groups of friends. This is a two-storey house of 150 m2 with 5 bedrooms. There are three bedrooms with double bed, one bedroom with two single beds and another room with just one single bed. There are 3 bathrooms with bathtub. Every room is comfortable and cosy. Sit down in the sofa in the living room and just relax with a glass of wine. A good place as well to enjoy a good book, surf the internet, listen to music or watch satellite TV in German, English or Spanish. The dining room area is furnished with a nice rustic dining table, where you can enjoy delicious meals with family and friends. The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need: toaster, coffee machine, dish washer, gas stove and oven, cutlery, kitchen appliances, fridge with freezer and a lot more. Of course you will find as well a washing machine, iron and ironing board. As well as that there is uncovered place in the outdoors to park your car. The outside of the house is as well a wonderful place to enjoy your holiday: go to the terrace, have a tempting barbecue, swim in the pool or just relax in the garden. The 40 m2 porch is furnished with 2 tables and chairs for 9 people. There is an 11 x 5.5 meter private pool well-kept with chlorine with 8 sun beds around. It’s a perfect place to enjoy the Mediterranean sunshine while your children have fun in the playground area. It’s basically a rural area, settled by local people. However, you will be able to find everything you need in Capdepera, just 3 km away: supermarket, pharmacy, ATM, sports area, bars and some local restaurants. 6 kilometres away there is Cala Ratjada. You can enjoy a pleasant sunny day in the sandy beach and have a delicious paella for lunch in one of the restaurants with sea views. Make the most of the day and have a cocktail at sunset. You can as well enjoy the areas of Cala Agulla and Cala Mesquida. If you like to go to a natural beach, you can go by car to Cala Mitjana and from there walk along the coast towards the west for 5 km and you will reach to “s’Arenalet des Verger”.
