This stunning Roman style Villa is set in a quiet and safe area, with a stunning view on the Mediterranean sea and local green hills covered by olive trees, at few minutes from the most beautiful beaches of Sperlonga and Gaeta. It on the back of a charmy medieval castle and buildings especially with the night-lights. At only one-hour train from the city center of Rome and Naples is an excellent base to visits those sites and hundreds more in the area with the same historical and cultural value.
This villa has large panoramic spaces inside and outside with luxury equipment and furniture. The outside include a large garden with Mediterranean plants, terraces, floored patium and access to the private pool. The plus of this villa is that the inside living area and kitchen is perfectly integrated and connected with the outside area.
The Villa has its own large parking area to accommodate up to 6 cars.

Excellent headquarters to visit Rome and Naples, at only 1 hour train from Formia rail station!! (Ticket 16 Euro each w/return, departures every 30min) .. to visit the Islands of Ponza and Ventotene (daily departures from the Formia harbour)
Even better if you bring with you the house's bicycles...
And in the same time enjoy the sea and medieval towns on the coast...

Just at 5 minutes away from the Vindicio (Vendicio) beach and Velaviva where every year are held interesting sailing races. At 15 minutes by the CONI sporting center!

Our guests use to enjoy the home, the garden, the pool and all the facilities all day long the first days. The sea view, large spaces, the Italian tastes will make you consider some relax. Than our guests use to arrange day visits in the local medieval towns and roman sites and day visits to Rome, Naples and Caserta (including one of the biggest Italian brands outlet.

SPA and massages in the nearby thermal site of Suio. However, you can have also massages at home.

** Sport:

Walking and cycling paths, Fishing experiences by boat, exploring by boat, kite surfing (this is an excellent spot for the activity), windsurfing, surf school, canoe, bicycles. Historical and shopping sites: Formiae, Gaeta, Itri, Sperlonga, Minturnae, Naples, Rome, Caserta.

Things that our customers enjoy are the peace of 'AT HOME', after a day maybe on the beach or exploring ROME, POMPEI, POSITANO, or CAPRI, it is nice to come back to a place that is spotless clean, and embracing.

Grocery stores are 3 minutes’ walk away, bus stops to train station, the same.

Our favourite rituals: The morning walks on the beach, a coffee and a 'sfogliatella' or croissant at the local coffee shop, a walk to the market or on the regional park of the OASI BLU DI GIANOLA reaching the top and seeing a ROMAN VILLAS RUINS.

This charming villa has 6 large double bright bedroom and 4 bathroom. One of the bathroom includes also a Jacuzzi. Bath. The living room is wide and lovely with a flat TV screen, sofas and a fireplace connected to the fully equipped kitchen. The villa spaces are connected to the garden through floored area and terraces perfect to have panoramic breakfast, lunch and dinner. The terrace and garden are fully equipped with pool, sub beds, table, chairs and a big umbrella.

There are thousands of frauds with vacation homes as objects. What happens is that you pay and you are not sure to find the home. Even if you pay with traced forms like bank transfer they have people who have nothing to lose as beneficiary. Often happens also that are property owners that misrepresents the property. In the same fenched property land in another unit lives the custodian (Italian local native). This is a plus in order to have the garden always in order and assistance if needed. Privacy is ensured as there are no points of contact and the structure guarantee an adequate privacy and independence.
