It is perfectly located just a few meters off from the famous Sliema promenade similarly applies to the distance from the all best shops, restaurants, cafeterias, cinema, shopping malls and much more. The apartment is also just a couple of meters from the Sliema ferry which takes you to Valletta from Sliema every hour. Also supermarkets which open till late are a few minutes walk from the property and the bus stop is just down the street.

This apartment is situated in a block of rental apartments in the heart of Tinge, Sliema. Tigne is an area in Sliema and does not apply to The Point (Tigne). The apartments are newly built though given an old style twist with high ceilings. All apartments are served with lift. All the apartments in this block are rental properties and are fully managed by a professional team who service the apartments to ensure everything is up to specs.
