The Space

Find yourself right at home whether your in town for business or pleasure. The condo is an intimate space featuring 2 bedroom and 2 bath setting placed minutes from the freeway and steps to the lake. One room is open as your bedroom as the other is occupied by myself. The room consist of king bed, and private bathroom with a closets. The space has ceiling fans in the bedrooms as well as central air to keep extra cool, but the breeze does a great job . There is a luxury folding futon in the living room which converts to a comfortable plush sleeper for one or two people (good to accommodate up to 4 guests. I also offer a blow up mattress. With a great selection of restaurants locally, you can enjoy dining out, or takeout and dine lakeside on the porch (my favorite). There is a full kitchen at your disposal should you want to cook for yourselves, wi-fi, coin operated washer & dryers. You can fish directly off the back porch balcony if your into fishing (poles available).

Guest Access

You will have your own private bedroom & bathroom with locks (there is two doors to the bathroom, one common and one from the bedroom but can be locked so the bathroom is private), also your guest bathroom has a working jacuzzi tub & shower combo. Full amenities such as kitchen, living room, eat in area, and the patio overlooking the lake. I do have wifi, the TV connected to Hulu & Netflix, and local channels, but don't subscribe to cable. There is a large pool you have access to (closed Mondays for cleaning) 3 - 9 feet deep.

Interaction with Guests

I travel a lot for work, but should I be home, I am very outgoing, witty and humorous. I have lived with many people in my life as a result of work and travels, so I am comfortable with interacting or letting you have your space.

The Neighborhood

Within a 5 minute walk there are Tennis Courts, a children Playground area, Basketball court, Swimming Pool, Marina & Boat Docks for launching. There is a pizza place, Italian, BBQ, and Chinese within a 5-7 minute drive.

Getting Around

The place is 5 minutes to the freeway, 45 minutes (no traffic) to IAH (George Bush Intl Airport) and the same to Downtown Houston. The Woodlands is approximately 15-20 minutes which offers all various of entertainment, food, music, etc. There is no taxi service, would have to call out (have some local companies to use). All major needs are only 7 minutes away (groceries, fuel, banking, etc)

Other Things to Note

*BREAKFAST AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST*  I have been renovating the unit with a Modern Industrial theme using pallets, but the spare room is set up with luxury accommodations. There is a new Memory Foam King Size bed. The bathroom has a full closet space. There is also a vending machine with Drinks and snacks available 24/7 in the laundry space. Free bottled water and coffee. I also have provided a small bluetooth speaker to link to your phone for private stereo in your room and a cloth cooler for use to the pool. If you should have any special requests, I am more then happy to accommodate.

House Rules
Please respect the place, communicate any questions or concerns immediately and enjoy yourselves. No smoking indoors, smoking is allowed only on balcony (please dispose of cigarette butts in glass jar on porch, do not throw them in the lake) and no pets. Everything you need for your stay is accessible in the downstairs half of the unit, the upstairs is my private bedroom and bathroom, please refrain from going upstairs. Please use the beach towels (white color) for the pool, and the bath towels (tan/grey color) for showering. No diving off or throwing anything over the balcony (except fishing). No grills or fire on the balcony allowed, this includes Fireworks.
