The Space

The Guest House which is right below the Main Villa and allows you to have your own privacy. Right in front of the guest house is a beautiful 25 meter lap pool, with a wading area. Be in the city while still being able to feel like you're at a resort. The guest house has a spacious 1 bedroom and open bathroom. There is also an indoor dinning area with a kitchen in-glassed, allowing you the view over the garden and pool. The guest house lastly comprises of a large open terrace where you can relax with the fresh air.

Guest Access

Guests will have access to the garage, garden, and lap pool.

Interaction with Guests

The hosts live on the property and there to assist you whenever possible.

The Neighbourhood

The Villa is located within the distinguished and safe, Maria Luisa Estate Park. In the close area are numerous restaurants, offices, and other amenities one can enjoy. Just a few minutes walk down the road gives you many good restaurants with all kinds of cuisine, and bars one can enjoy.

Getting around

Affordable Taxis can be called to the house and can take you anywhere around the city.

Other Things to Note

When entering the village, tell the guards you are guests of Lofgren, 37 Eulalia. They might ask for ID or Driving License.
