1 Bedroom Apartment in Umeda

All the rooms have been renovated, so you can spend your time comfortable. There is even a big living room in 1F, with TV and sofas for relaxing.
As it is a share house, shower rooms for men and women are in the building.

The Space

When you enter the unit, there are 3 bedrooms (with locks), as well as mini kitchen, sink, toilet, and shared dining table. Kitchenware is also provided.

Guest Access

A share house for approx. 60 tenants, there is big living room and men's shower room in 1F, and women's shower room in 2F that you can use. (The kitchen next to 1F living room is for long term tenants only.)

The Neighborhood

There is a big shopping mall, where you can find anything, only a 3 minute walk away. Close to the shopping mall is also gym, swimming pool, and even hot springs!

Getting Around

The house is only 1 minute walk away from the station, and there are coin parking spaces in the area.

Other Things to Note

Because it's a Japanese custom, please take your shoes off when entering the living room or shower rooms.
