Bright and spacious 5-bedroom villa in the heart of Girona just 30 km from the sea! This stunning villa for 10 people in the hills of Spain allows guests to escape the worries of everyday life and relax in this bright and spacious vacation paradise. Guests are greeted with an immaculate private salt-water pool measuring 6m wide by 12m long, with a depth ranging between 1m and 2m. Lounge chairs, umbrellas, and an outdoor barbecue complement the pool area and provide the ideal environment for a relaxing time under the sun or stars. The expansive grounds surrounding the villa comprise 800 square meters and feature balconies with incredible mountain views. A dining table and chairs are located on one particular balcony that overlooks the lush greenery that spread out over the rolling hills. Inside the villa there is a colorful kitchen complete with all the appliances guests will need to prepare their own meals (dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, oven, and stove) as well as a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. Two separate dining areas allow guests to enjoy meals overlooking the mountains or the pool. A cozy living room is equipped with a television, comfortable sofas, a warm fireplace, books, toys, and games. The villa has 4 bedrooms with 3 double beds and 4 single beds. There are also two bathrooms, one of which has a shower. Arbucies in Girona can be accessed by driving on roads C-35, C-25 or AP-7 and eventually driving on GI-550 or GI-552. The town is located just 35 kilometers from Girona-Costa Brava Airport and one hour from Barcelona! Abrucies is located in the middle of the Montseny mountains, the highest mountains south of the Pyrenees.
