Our exclusive waterfront and golf course villas are all within the prestigious resort with no general public access. With round the clock security with constant patrols on land and all waterways you can relax in the knowledge that your family and your possessions are safe. All villas are alarmed, elegantly furnished, fully air conditioned and equipped with audio-video entertainment systems. All harbour and riverfront properties have private wharves and many have private swimming pools while golf villas have several 'resident only use' pools nearby. Each villa has its own golf cart which gives easy access to shops, restaurants, health club and golf courses via dedicated cart drive paths.

In addition to golf, we offer a variety of other sports facilities including tennis, health clubs and a gymnasium. There are sight seeing boat cruises and you can hire a boat from the Marina or bring your own and tie it up on one of our private wharves attached to each harbour and riverfront villa.

All villas are fully equipped with linen, kitchen utensils and crockery. When booking, ensure your villa has sufficient guest capacity for your group. The sleeping capacity indicated here includes single and double beds. In some cases the bed capacity may exceed the authorised guest capacity so it is advisable to check when booking to confirm your requirements, including the availability of additional bedding etc.
