Rental Details
The first floor has 2 rooms (one with a king sized bed and one with two doubles) a shared bathroom, a fully equiped kitchen, dining table and big living room space with couches. The second floor has 2 rooms with king sized beds, a shared bathroom, a fully equiped exterior kitchen and a living room.
The house gives access to front and back balconies on second floor, with whirlpool (not heated), kitchen table and a rest area with hammocks and deck chairs. The ground floor yard is equiped with a pool, BBQ, rest area with coffee table and couches (ideal for breakfast and happy hour), dining table for outside dinner, deck chairs and hammocks. We offer optional fresh lobster dinners prepared at the house (at exra cost, reservation and a minimum of guests is required). Free wifi, cable t.v., towels & linens are provided. Transportation from and to the airport or ferry is also included.
Dive shop on site with experienced instructors and guides. Boat and shore dives, day and night, discovery excursions for new divers as well as certifications training available. Possibility of renting equipment at a low cost. Access to Cozumel Golf Country Club, yoga session everyday nearby. Possibility of ''at home'' massage. Acces to the sea is about 1km away from the house. Walking distance to grocery stores, pharmacy, bank, shopping & good local and international restaurants. Quiet and safe neighborhood. English, french and spanish speaking staff with great knowledge of the Island. Possibility of ''à la carte'' package including housing, diving, yoga, golf & wellness. Bicycle on site to use at your convenience as well as car & motorbike for rent.
