This cozy cottage is located on a residential estate Consisting of two cottages, a recreation room and the owners house.The cottage has its own private terrace with garden furniture and is not overlooked by other guests as its arounded by vegetation and cause it's individual location. Outside the private terrace there are several seats in the large and well maintained garden. There are plenty of chairs and loungers around the pool and there is also a BBQ area where you can dine together in a nice setting.

The recreation room offers table tennis, football table and darts. Situated at the edge of the forest, yet close to the center of St Maxent l 'Ecole (8 km). You can explore the forest on foot or by mountain bike. Also fishing in the surrounding lakes is a possibility. One of these lakes has even a fine sand beach. This accomodation is a great base for a visit to La Rochelle, Cognac, the Loire valley and Futuroscope. The cottage offers in terms of sleeping places space for up to 5 people. the cottage is however comfortable in terms of living space for up to 4 adults.
