The Space
The condo one of the 3 rental condos at Casa Delfin Azul with 64 sq meters, 2 bedrooms with queen size beds with access to individual balconies with street views. Full integrated kitchen with real wood cabinets including all cooking accessories and a breakfast bar. Full living room with cable TV, Air conditioning, Internet. Large aluminum windows with screens provides excellent lighting. The condo is on the first floor right after walking the entrance stairs.
Guest Access
You have access to the 270 sq meters roof top terrace to appreciate the views to the city, mountains and the bay.
The roof top terrace has a full sectional living room to sit down and enjoy the astounding sun sets as it sites in the middle of the bay.
Laundry is available for guests on the roof top.
Pool: Casa Delfin Azul offers access to 7x3 meter swimming pools suited for a small family and kids.
Lots of plants and flowers around the hallways and roof top.
Interaction with Guests
Casa Delfin Azul is managed by the owners and living on the non-rental home attached in the building. Available to make a comfortable stay to their guests providing directions, How To’s, Where To’s so that you can have a pleasant vacation.
The Neighborhood
The neighborhood is a very typical safe Mexican neighborhood right outside downtown area which you can be at Malecon via bus or taxi in 5 minutes. Most property owners are Mexican families with children. There are also foreigners from USA and Canada living around. All neighbors are friendly and will be happy to meet you and try to speak English with you. You can take advantage and practice Spanish with them.
Getting around
You can arrive to the property from the airport by taking a taxi. We use the Red Cross as the reference point. A pickup can also be arranged if you desire.
If you are driving we can gladly provide you directions after your reservation is confirmed.
The property is very accessible to get around the entire city or if you wish to adventure to nearby towns such as Nuevo Vallarta, Bucerias, Sayulita, Punta de Mita just to mention a few. The buses come by at the corner of the block and they go to downtown. 2 blocks from the house you can take a bus to anywhere in the city and outside.
The beaches are a few blocks down. You can take a 15 minute walk to the Playa Camarones which is one of the nice beaches in the downtown area of Puerto Vallarta where you can do swimming. That’s the beginning of the downtown area where you can to do shopping & dinning and most tourist attractions.
