Apartment is comfortable and functional, well located in the business center of the town but in the quiet area. It is on a walking distance from the Downtown and main tourist attractions.
In the neighbourhood there are lot of office towers, embassies, faculties, shops, bars and restaurants.
The apartment offers accommodation for max 4 persons in completely furnished apartment. The flat includes: large corridor with the wardrobe and storage, open plane living room with the small kitchen and the dining area, small elegant bathroom, the bedroom with double bed and the balcony. 2 persons sleep in the bedroom. 2 persons can sleep in the living room on helping beds.
It is on the third floor, it is facing the east with beautiful view on the park and it is full of light all the time.
For longer period we are doing discounts. Very convinient for the people coming for the business. It is in the heart of business area.
