This a beautiful small apartment near Usaquen, It's located 5 blocks up from Carrera 7a.., north of Bogotá, on a 4th floor on a safe building with surveillance 24/ 7. It also has an assigned parking space and an elevator that can practically be taken from the a car in the garage. It´s nearby places of interest at a walking distance are, Unicentro Mall, Hacienda Santa Barbara Mall, Palatino Mall and Department Stores such as Exito.

We provide., wi - fi access and in case you need we can have the basic groceries ready in the fridge for your convenience. It's cable TV service has more than 80 channels local and foreign. The 50" TV Screen has HDMI, PC and SD memory slots, so you can connect your laptop to it.

Also if you wish we may arrange for a cleaning lady to have the apartment fixed as many times a week as you order.
