Aroeira Pool House is located south, not even 20 km from Lisbon, on the white sand beach coast of Costa da Caparica, for 10 people. With swimming pool, BBQ area, dining table and a sofa corner, the garden is transformed into an open-air living room.

From Aroeira Pool House it is just less than 3km to a 21km long white sandy beach. The house itself is located in a quiet residential area, surrounded by family houses.
In the quiet streets you will find cafes and small shops.

Outside
The house is set in a beautiful garden and is surrounded by several terraces.
Generously equipped, are the surroundings of the swimming pool. Here you will find two sitting areas and a large dining table next to the barbecue area. For sun bathing there are loungers. On particularly hot days, you can put the deck chair directly in the shallow area of ​​the pool and leave your feet and hands dangling in the cool water.

A seating area equipped with 2 sofas and several puffs and cable TV, the dining area has a large dining table for at least 8 people and the open kitchen area.
In the corner next to the dining table you find an open fireplace.
