This charming cottage in Pacifica is light filled and full of artisan details. Hardwood floors, knotty pine ceilings and custom tile in the bathroom are some of the special features. Loft bedroom is spacious and includes a secluded desk area. The spiral staircase leading to the bedroom leaves plenty of room in the living room for a comfortable sitting area that opens up to the kitchen. Kitchen has new cupboards, appliances and granite counters. Spacious bathroom includes shower over tub, bidet, bay window, and sizable vanity. Impressive walk-in closet off the bathroom will fit all your luggage and clothing! Shared washer and dryer.

This is a perfect getaway for couples, or rent with the Palm Tree Cottage and come with your family and friends. You will love the easy walk to the Pacifica Pier, Sharp Park Golf Course and various hiking trails. 15 minute drive to San Francisco and 20 minute drive to the airport. Numerous restaurants, shops and grocery stores nearby. No smoking. Small pet allowed with prior approval and nonrefundable pet fee. Approval is at the discretion of owner, pets on the aggressive breeds list will not be considered. 30 nights preferred with 7 night minimum. NO SMOKING

FEE NOTES:

The $39.00 Security Damage Insurance (CSA) fee is non-refundable and used to purchase a damage insurance policy with a maximum claim of $3000.00. In lieu of purchasing the security damage insurance, the guest has the option to pay a $3000 refundable security deposit.

Cleaning fee listed is for end of stay cleaning. Stays 30 nights or longer may be subject to a higher cleaning fee in lieu of fee stated.

Interim cleanings can be arranged for an addtional $125 per cleaning (1-2 interim cleanings per month required for stays over 45 nights).

Additional fees such as processing, pet fee, early arrival, late departure may apply.

RENTAL TERMS:

To complete your reservation once confirmed through Roomorama: you will receive a DocuSign link to a secure online rental agreement that must be SIGNED and returned along with a scan of your driver’s license or passport and credit card.

ONLY upon receipt of the SIGNED documents; photo ID and credit card; and payment of CSA fee and/or deposit do we release the entry code and instructions.
