This spacious 1 bedroom apartment has a fantastic location in one of the most popular streets in the city centre, Calle Sanchez Pastor, next to the Plaza de La Constitucion and the shopping area of the Calle Larios. The original exposed brick wall stands out in the living room, which faces an inner patio allowing you to rest without any noise in the comfortable sofa bed, where you can also watch some TV or listen to music. The furniture is perfectly in accordance with the apartment, bringing a “homy” touch to this charming apartment.
The apartment is located on the fourth and last floor of a renovated building that has a lift. As you enter the Penthouse Pastor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen including toaster, coffee maker, microwave, electric hob, washing machine and oven amongst others.
Followed by the kitchen is the dinning area with seats for 4 guests and then the described above living room. At the end of it, you will find the bedroom with a double bed, night tables and large and spacious built in closets, as well as windows through which you will get some natural & warm sunlight. Next to it would be the bathroom with an enclosed shower.
The Penthouse Pastor also features parquet floor, central air condition and heating system and WIFI (optional).
Through a spiral staircase you will access the terrace, small but well groomed, with a table and chairs, umbrella and an exterior shower. It is the perfect place to enjoy some breakfast under the Mediterranean sun which we enjoy 320 days a year!
