Rental Details
Restored Victorian home built from old growth redwood. Nestled under a heritage oak, we want to share our enchanted place with you. Downtown entrance to the Cherry St. Historic district, just steps from your favorite brew pub and restaurants.
We have 2 roomy upstairs bedrooms with a private shared full bathroom. Both rooms feature a comfortable bed (one king sized, one queen), closet, dresser, desk, full length mirror, and a comfortable chair.
Downstairs there is a comfortable parlor area where you can enjoy your favorite beverage, watch a game, or plan your days activities. The kitchen can be made available if you want to cook a special meal or your host would be happy to prepare food for you. There are several garden areas available for relaxing including the front porch which looks over a fountain, a cozy seating area under our majestic oak tree, a side patio adjacent to the kitchen which is a perfect place to enjoy your morning cup of coffee, and small area in the back garden. Only the back garden area and the Oak tree sitting area are available for smoking.
The home is centrally located just one block from the world famous Russian River Brewery. Downtown Santa Rosa is full of parks featuring world class art installations; home of many quality museums; over 70 pubs, restaurants, coffee shops and cafes and many historic buildings. Wineries and tasting rooms, bike routes and hiking trails are all very accessible from this location.
