This beautiful holiday home offers a main bedroom with king-size-bed (184cm width) and dressing room and a second bedroom with two single beds both with en-suite bathroom (main bedroom one with long bath). A comfortable sleeper-couch is available in the small study with direct access to the main garden. The beautiful fully fitted kitchen (granite-top) with a kitchen bar leads directly into the dining room and the small breakfast room.

A big utility room allows to store away personal belongings of the guests like golf bags and suitcases. Laundry facilities (washing-machine, tumble-dryer and big freezer) and a guest toilet are next to this room which leads to the garage. The studio upstairs is not available for renting (used by the owner as storeroom). Save parking available in the garage on the premises and under carport, as well as lots of space for guest parking off street. The gorgeous solar-heated swimming pool is the absolute highlight of a wonderful garden which includes entertainment area with barbeque facility, big lawn and beautiful flowerbeds. There is a second terrace available to enjoy breakfast in the morning sun.
