The Neighborhood
Cable Beach is a world famous tourist destination in The Bahamas and boasts some of the islands most prestigious homes and resorts.The area is very safe and residents are friendly. You are literally a 10 minute walk from "The Bahamian Rivera", the home to the BahaMar Resort & Casino, slated as the worlds most luxurious mega resort to date.

Aside from the hustle and bustle of the Hotel strip (Melia, Sandals, Bahamar, Sheraton and a few other boutique hotels) the apartment building is located off of the main (Bay) street, making for a very peaceful and quiet retreat. The grounds are well maintained, gated and very secure. There are full time renters in the building as such you will never be alone.

Getting around
The bus service (bus stop 1 minute walk) is quite efficient; 10a is the route taken to and from town. Taxi from the airport is a 10 minute ride and will cost about $20.
