This spacious 30m2 studio loft in old 1910 built house has open area kitchen and balkony bed(mezzanine)

Apartment is ideal for one or two persons, though every now and then it has accomodated as many as 4 people.
There is also pull out sofa bed in the apartment.

A particularly lively and bohemian part of Helsinki, Kallio is situated on the easterly side of the peninsula itself and around 1 km / 0.5 miles to the north of the actual city centre, being linked by the Pitkäsilta Bridge. Kallio is a densely populated area and features many tall old apartment blocks, along with endless bars and pubs, together with a towering church, which was built around 100 years ago.
Apatment is located on the street with many nice coffee shops, bars and restaurants. Been living in pretty much every part of Helsinki downtown, so far this is my favorite part of the city (be it winter or summer:)

During winter time you´ll find ice skating ring just one block away.

Apartment has WIFI connection and also PC for you to use if you are not carrying your own devices with you.

Clean towels and bed linens included so no need to bring them with you.
Guest staying bit longer may find also washin machine handy.

From the apartment there are great connections to city centre(with frequent tramlines 9, 3B and 1,1A . Taking tram you are in centre in 5-6 minutes.

Hakaniemi or Sörnäinen metro stations are also within walking distance.
