There are FOUR to FIVE BEDROOMS. Each a completely separate room. Two baths with shower. Three bedrooms have 1 full bed each, 100% private. The fourth bedroom has a twin daybed. In the other bedrooms are more twin daybeds that can serve as your private sofa or sleep more guests. There is a clothes washer/dryer. Bedrooms are on top two floors. A staircase links all the floors. First floor of home is the kitchen, dining room, living room, bath, and two bedrooms. Second floor of home is two more bedrooms and bath.
* Third floor - is an extra HUGE extra bedroom and living area, about 600 square feet more. Please ask if you'd like to also rent this extra space for an extra fee.
*Minor Holidays like July 4 or Christmas are extra.
*Major Holidays like Mardi Gras and JazzFest are extra.
*If it is a bachelor party, I need to know. There are extra fees for bachelor parties.
