Vintage Modern Airstream Living

Pong, our Airstream-styled room, has a comfy memory foam full size mattress, running water, wireless internet, electricity, heat, and an A/C unit. Its location is nestled in bamboo behind the main house with the picnic area.

IMPORTANT:
The shower and toilet are located inside the main house and all common areas inside the house are shared and available for your use as well.

** Pets are $40 additional per pet in the trailer. Please be sure to bring cash or a check when you arrive. **

We believe that Mr. Pong is a 1958ish. The paint job was inspired by 50's pinball machines and the LED lighting fixtures, pillows, awning, and upholstery have been designed by us as well.
Thomas and I both enjoy finding and restoring old stuff and you'll find little treasures from several vintage eras hanging around inside.

We are very laid back so however much interaction you care for is what we abide by.

Please don't forget, the house located on the property is our home and all common spaces are shared.

Children and pets may not be left in the house alone unless prior arrangements have been made with us.

Since there are ongoing fun-projects in the garage, don't be surprised if you see us in and out of the common areas.

I love our neighborhood! The neighbors are great and respectful. You can bike to downtown, South Congress, Central Market, Strangebrew 24 hour coffeeshop, and the Cathedral of Junk is across the street.
There is some road noise from South First, but it's not too bad.

Several bus lines stop right out the back door off of South 1st Street. Downtown is a mere 4 miles down the same street, 3 miles to Barton Springs - where ACL is held, and 2 miles to the famed SoCo area. All are easily accessible by bicycle. There is parking available for your car in the driveway or on the street.

Please disclose that you have a pet when you book, the trailer is small. Guests who arrive on site with a pet that has not disclosed such will be asked for the pet fee.
