We rent our 40sqm apartment with 2, maximum 3 beds. It is a equipped with laminate residential / - bedroom, a hallway with bathroom and kitchen The apartment is located as a granny flat in the basement with separate entrance through the garden grounds in a good residential area of Cologne Mülheim ( Brother Klaus settlement ) until the trade show in Cologne. Deutz - it was about 10 min. by car or 20 minutes by train, The apartment has its own parking lot.
The links with the A3 motorway is Optimal.S train station befidet in unmiittelbahre nearby ( about 1km ) . W - Lan is available free of charge ! Die Anbindung an die Autobahnen A3 ist Optimal.S-Bahn Station befidet sich in unmiittelbahre nähe ( ca 1km). W-Lan ist gratis verfügbar!
