house has been renovated for our family as a summer residence, which we are renting it during the summer. The house is furnished with high quality furniture for the comfortable and pleasant holiday. The best about this house is its astonishing 150° view of the sea and the largest Croatian island Krk. The terrace itself has 61sqm and is equipped with counter, sink and grill. You can enjoy your time there by early breakfasts, evening barbecues or simply sunbathing and soaking up the summer time. The house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room and spacious kitchen. Further, there is a small yard for your bikes or sea toys.

The house is just 80 meters from city beach with pebbles and 300m from Kirica beach with sand. At both beaches there is a lots of playgrounds. The city center is about 300m far. During the summer there is numerous of festivals from with seafood, over various folk bands concerts, to bigger music festival for all age groups.
