This apartment is cetrally located and in walking distance of the train station as well as the city center.
There is a master bedroom with a full size double bed and an additional bedroom with a queen size bed and a separate single bed.
The bathroom has a shower, washingmachine and a WC. Besides that thee is a guest WC.
The living room is spacy with a large bedsofa and two armchairs plus a separate armchiar in one corner. there is a 46" Plasma TV and wireless high speed internet is available althrough the apartment.
The kitchen is fully equipped and entails a large refridgerator, a stove, a ceran cooking field as well as a microwave. There is a separate dining area with a dining table and 4 chairs (additinonal chairs avcailable upon request.) From the dining area you have access to the roofed balcony that lays inside the quiet back yard.
The rent includes all utilities (electricity for up to 10 kW/day) as well as a weekly cleaning service with fresh bedlinen and fresh towels. The final cleaning is not included.
