NOTE: A separate contract is required for all rentals in order to complete the reservation process.  There is a $300 cleaning fee and an $89 insurance supplement per stay.  Damage deposit, cleaning fee, and insurance supplement will be collected at the time of booking directly by property manager per the terms of the separate contract (whereas the initial rental period payment will be remitted through Roomorama's website) and are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation or no-show during dates booked.  For completed bookings, the deposit, less any damages to the property, will be refunded after the rental dates period per the terms of the separate contract.
