Inside the mill there is space for a maximum up to 6 persons. Sleeping facilities: one single bed, two double rooms and one twin room. In total there are two bathrooms inside the mill, one is equipped with a bathtub, the other one is equipped with a shower. The living room in the mill acts like a salonlike living room with an integrated kitchenette which is quite inviting for small travel groups, families or business people to come together in the evenings. The green surroundings of the mill offer lots of incentives for a high degree of relaxation. The Steinhuder Meer is located only 5 minutes away by car/20 minutes away by bike. On your date of arrival, the keys will be handed over to you directly inside the apartment/house booked. There will be a deposit taken by the landlord: 1 room apartment / Private room in a house or inside an apartment = 100,- EUR 2 room apartment = 200,- EUR 3 room apartment = 300,- EUR 4 room apartment = 400,- EUR 5 room apartment or house = 500,- EUR Please hand over the deposit in cash directly to the landlord/landlady on your day of arrival. The deposit will be handed back to you on your day of departure or when you hand back the keys, respectively. Sheets, bedlinen and towels are included in the final price. Free intermediate cleaning is possible on demand and for an extra fee. If the accommodation booked provides W-LAN, it will be free of charge. Living rooms in which there is a sleeping facility installed are considered as bedrooms. Please keep in mind that the apartments/houses are normally inhabited by the landlords themselves.
