This modern holiday home is located on a spaciously designed holiday park. Together with the other residents of the park you have access to a large pool, a playground, a ping-pong table, a spacious garden and a beach on Lake Lugano. The park is less than 100 metres from the lake and about 2 kilometres from Porlezza. This beautiful village has many atmospheric terraces, restaurants and shops. You are at the northernmost point of the lake, that is only partly in Italy. The rest of the lake is part of Switzerland. The city of Lugano is 20 kilometres away from the house and is built against the mountains, beautiful to see. The expansive boulevard is also worth visiting. Several boat tours start from here, which show you even more of the area. Another recommendation is Paradiso, 25 kilometres away, from where a cogwheel railway brings you to the summit of the San Salvatore, where you will have a spectacular view of the surroundings and the Swiss Alps.
