This charming detached house is just a short distance from the picturesque little village of Penmarc'h to the south of the Breton town of Quimper and within walking distance of the popular south Brittany beaches. The well known Pointe de la Torche is close to the house. This immensely large beach is a paradise for (wind)surfers. In the summer months, the town of Guilvinec is awash with Breton and Celtic music around the busy harbour. To the west of the port you have fantastic views over the Atlantic Ocean where you can watch the boats returning after a day at sea. For keen walkers there are long hiking trails along the coast to the harbour at Lesconil. And it is certainly worth taking a boat trip to the Glenan islands.
