This neat holiday home is located in the outskirts of the quiet village Mayrac. In front of the house is a grass lawn with your private swimming pool, surrounded by a wooden deck. You will enjoy relaxing on the sun beds in the sun here and look out over the gently sloping landscape. The interior is modern, neat and well maintained. There is no visual contact with the farm next door. You are located between Souillac and Martel (both about 9 km), both places are worth a visit. You will find excellent restaurants, shops and cafes. Souillac is more touristy, while Martel has mostly retained its original character. Nice beaches with canoe rental are located in Carennac and Gluges (14 km) along Dordogne River. A bakery and a simple grocery store are located in St. Sozy (3 km); a golf course in 17 km (north of Souillac). Other nice places are Collonges-la-Rouge (29 km), Beaulieu-sur-Dordogne (35 km) and the picturesque Carennac (26 km). The top three in the Lot department (within 35 km) are: Rocamadour, the caves of Padirac and the huge castle of Castelnau.
