• No loud noise/music to disturb neighbors
• NO PARTIES
• Do not look for me at the reception - This is residential community not a hotel

Overview at he area:

The apartment is well located in a quiet and safe neighborhood,
one block away from the beach and Collins avenue, where all the shopping centers is at, you can find varied of the best restaurants in the city, also, places like Marshals, Subway sandwiches, Papa Jones Pizza, UPS, Enterprise car rentals, Epicure market & restaurant and Winn Dixie supermarket, they all in few min walk!
My favorite about Sunny Isles is that in 25 min drive top you can get anywhere you will need in your trip, to the south, north or west - All regional airports, South Beach, Sawgrass mills, fort lauderdale and the other attractions in between. Aventura mall is in 3.6 miles, 8-9 min drive.
