Rental Details
We rent out the complete ground floor of our luxury villa, which is nestled in a quiet, lush, tropical garden with approx. 1000sqm at the outskirts of the Harbor town Beruwela. The Apartment has an separate entrance and an private garden.
The villa was built in 2001, the ground floor was re-designed and refurbished in 2012. All appliances are new. We, myself a german national together with my wife, a local and our 12yrs old son are living in the first floor. We have a Great Dane which is watching over us and the property. He is harmless to good people and children. The ground floor and the private garden are built in a way that the dog's cannot access, except you invite
them. All together there are 6 rooms out of that 2 are bedrooms, another room is equipped with a fitness running machine and ironing equipment. The bedrooms have direct access to the covered large veranda and the private garden. In the garden is a BBQ place and a waterfall shower, built of granite stones like a cabin. Through the peaceful surrounding we have lots of exotic birds like colibri, king fisher, parrot etc. which are visiting and sometimes breeding in the trees. We offer everyone family connection, but respect it if someone want to be alone. As we are doing shopping or school trips daily, we can offer a lift to different locations. Through our experience here we can advise you where you find what you are looking for and for a reasonable price. Excursions or round tours, as well as the airport transfer can be arranged for you. The 2 bedrooms are equipped with large concreted king size beds, concreted wall cupboard's as well as fan's, air condition's and safe. 1 large kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, oven, blender, toaster, cutlery and crockery as well all necessary cooking utensils.
2 bathrooms with shower and wc, the larger one with hot water.
1 large living room, equipped with exclusive furniture has enough space to accommodate the dining area as well. The whole area including the garden is WiFi enabled.
Our property is around 1000qm of which around 100qm is reserved for the
private garden belonging to the apartment. We rent the whole apartment to only one party in order to guarantee absolute privacy.
The rate for the whole apartment is 50 Euro/day for up to 4 guests.
Even though there is a fully equipped kitchen, if you don't like to cook for yourself, you can order meals a la carte from us.
A wash machine is provided, but if you prefer laundry service we can offer it for a surcharge.
The final cleaning of the apartment is free of charge. In case you wish a cleaning in between, we will arrange it for a surcharge.
The moderate usage of Aircondition and Internet is included. Excessive usage will be billed.
