Steps to the Beach Condo Sleeps 6

Your private beach awaits just steps away from our second floor oceanfront condo. The complex has showers to remove all sand when returning from the beach and it features its own 600-foot long private beach, two large pools, 2 jacuzzis and barbecue grills throughout.

Our condo has been newly renovated and features carefully chosen decor throughout the 1000 square feet of living space. Rooms offer the elegance, class and comfort you have been seeking. The condo can comfortably sleep 6 with two bedrooms (Queen bed, twin beds and a pull-out queen size sleeper sofa with mattress topper in the living room.)

The condo has recently been updated with a newly installed HVAC system, new bamboo hardwood flooring, new walls, ceramic tile (kitchen and bathrooms), new bathroom appointments including plumbing fixtures, and a new refrigerator. All new furnishings and decor complete the unit.

We offer two spacious bedrooms with ample closet space for storage. The guest bedroom may be converted from two twin beds into a swing-king bed upon request. Feel free to store your luggage in the over-sized guest bedroom closet. Our kitchen has been designed with everything that you would expect in your kitchen. The kitchen floor plan features a breakfast table that seats 3-4 and a bar area that seats 3.

Three (3) wall-mounted large LCD/LED TVs reside in the condo, including a 39" 1080P LED in the living room with high-speed wireless internet access, Netflix, and an ample movie selection placed on a USB hard drive accessible through the Roku 3 Media Player.

The 32" LCD in the master bedroom features a Roku 2 Media Player also with a nice movie selection. The Roku Media players include Netflix, HBOGo, Watch ESPN, DisneyChannel, YouTube and several other internet channels.

The 32" LCD in the guest bedroom features a Nintendo Wii Gaming System with over 45 games in addition to wireless video streaming from Netflix.

Ocean Forest Villas has a high-speed open wireless network which was recently upgraded to improve speed so that you can connect all of your mobile devices and laptops effortlessly.

An onsite laundry facility is located just down the hallway from the condo, and a swimming pool is located just adjacent the building for your convenience.

As our guests, we can make accommodations for you to use the amenities at the Caribbean Resort which features 6 indoor and outdoor pools including a lazy river. This is located two miles South of Ocean Forest Villas. Please inquire when making a booking with us.
