First Floor Residence

Small Village has four first floor residences of 70 sq.m. each, which can comfortably accommodate couples and large families. All have the same layout, the same premises and equipment.

The residence has two private balconies, one in front of the bedroom and one in front of the lounge area and the main entrance. The central balcony has a large outdoor table, where you can enjoy the tranquility and the magnificent view of the garden.

Inside, the residence has a living room, a dining room and kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom.

Living room:

The living room includes a comfortable lounge. The sofas of the lounge can be converted into two single beds, which can comfortably sleep both children and adults. There is also a TV in the living room and one of the two air condition units of the residence.

Dining room and kitchen:

The residence has a comfortable dining room, located next to the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a small oven, a small fridge and all cooking utensils.

Bedroom

The spacious bedroom has a double bed, a spacious wardrobe and is equipped with an air condition unit.

The garden of Small Village has among others roses, jasmine, olive and banana trees. Moreover, the greater part of the garden is covered with grass and is easily accessible.

Private parking space

Shortly after the entrance, there is a spacious private parking for the guests of Small Village.

Basketball and volleyball court

Next to the parking area there is a basketball and volleyball court where you can exercise your athletic skills.

BBQ

The area of the BBQ (barbecue) includes a large marble table under an age-old olive tree where you can eat, chat and spend pleasantly your summer evenings with your friends and family.

Children's playground

Directly across the parking area, there is the playground of the Small Village for our young (and not only) friends! A seesaw, a swing and a slide are there for you to spend carefree moments under the shade of the trees.
