Appartment Near Central Square

Comfortable 1 bedroom flat right in the heart of Ulaanbaatar. Located 1 minute distance or just the north of the Government Palace (which includes office of President, Parliament and Cabinet).

Just 4 minutes walking distance from Central Square. The Central Square is the heart of Mongolia and it is surrounded by many important destinations, The National University of Mongolia (NUM), The Museum of Mongolian History, The Museum of Natural History, The Government Palace, Ulaanbaatar City Administration, "Blue Sky" Hotel and Restaurant, Central Tower (great restaurants, shops inside), Union of Mongolian Artists Gallery, Grand Khaan Irish pub, The Central Post of Mongolia. In short, it is very close to major business towers, restaurants, major banks, and fitness centers.

Since we are situated right in the centre of Ulaanbaatar you can pretty much reach your destination within the city centre by simply walking without the hassle of taxis/public transports and the traffic. Taxi is ample since its a corner away from 2 major roads.

Guests have access to everything that is included in the apartment. I can provide a heated parking in B1 with remote controlled key. Domestic calls and fast broadband Wi-Fi (3 mbps) and IPTV (150 international and local TV channells) are available for free. Apparment has all basic amenities including: 40" flat 3D TV, laser, old black/white printer (which only supports Windows XP, not Windows 7 or Linux), 27" LED display, rice cooker, steam cooker, oven, frige, hot water machine, fully automate washing machine so on. The apartment's lighting is good and almost all rooms equipped to atleast 2 types of lighting (very bright or normal).

DIRECTIONS from airport: There is no bus coming from the airport to the city. From the airport to the apparment distance is about 16-20 kms depending route chosen by taxi driver. I can pick you up from the airport if you wish.
