Welcome to this precious apartment, located in one of the best residential areas of Playa de Gandia. It is prepared for 7 persons. The apartment counts with a 16m2 terrace with two sunbeds and a table, from which to enjoy the morning sun whilst watching the sea and the mountains. It is a comfortable and luminous apartment which counts with lots of luxurous facilities as a gym, sauna, heated pool, a recreational area with barbecues, a paddle and tennis court, banks and green areas, a playground and, of course, it's 5 spectacular connected pools, intertwined with bridges, which include a children's pool and a jacuzzi, attractively surrounded by plants. This 92m2 apartment is situated on the 9th floor (with elevator) and counts with 3 bedrooms: 1 with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath tub, 1 with 3 individual beds and 1 with 2 individual beds. On request, there is a baby bad and a highchair available. There is another bathroom (for general use) with a shower. All bedrooms count with air conditioning. The luminous living- and dining room is great for relaxing with a good book or watching some television. It counts with a sofa, a TV and a dining area for 6 persons. The independent kitchen works with gas and counts with all necessary utensils to prepare a nice meal during your stay. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. Every season is perfect to visit Playa de Gandia, thanks to it's great location and it's magnificent weather, all year around. The beaches of Playa de Gandia count with 7km of fine white sand, for long walks and swimming in it's christaline water: enjoy the variety of restaurants and entertainment on the beach of Playa del Nord, search for peace and quiet on the relatively quiet and unspoiled beach of Platja d'Ahuir which counts with a special area for pets ("Platja Can"), enjoy the nudist area of Platja Nudista or take a rest on the beach of Rafalcaid. Nature lovers will surely enjoy a day of picknicking near the spring of Ullal L'Estany, and watching the ducks. Its fresh water emerges from the ground near the Alqueria del Duc, in the nearby mountains. If there is still some time left to visit some more of Valencia, you might want to visit the Art Museum or the amusement park Terra Mítica in Benidorm.
