Upon entering our Nashville Smart Loft, you'll take immediate notice to the brick columns lit beautifully by DMX controllable color-changing LED lights and wall-to-wall windows overlooking 3rd Avenue below.

The spacious living room has a super comfy sectional sofa with plush throw pillows and cozy blankets - perfect for you and your guests to lounge, nap or be entertained. Take advantage of the 4K 55" high definition LED TV and Tivo DVR offering hundreds of movies and TV shows available through Amazon Prime, Netflix, YouTube, Hulu and Xfinity. You can also stream content from your smart phone using the connected Chromecast.

In case you decide to save money by eating in, we include everything you need to prepare your own meals or entertain guests while staying at our Nashville Smart Loft. You'll find a Cuisinart Single Serve Brewing System with a huge selection of coffee, tea and hot chocolate for those cold mornings. You'll also find the kitchen fully equipped with a state-of-the-art stove, oven, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, freezer and wine cooler. We include paper goods, flatware, cookware, dinnerware and glasses for use during your stay.

Hallway

The long hallway is full of beautiful artwork and tropical plants which connects you to the bedroom, master suite, laundry room, one of the bathrooms and utility closet. There's a full size ventless, HE washing machine and dryer with laundry detergent, fabric softener, bleach and oxy clean in case you want to take care of your laundry before heading back home. You'll also find an ironing station complete with an ironing board and top-of-the-line Panasonic steam iron so that you can look your best for that business meeting or night on the town.

Guest Bedroom Suite

Slide open the modern guest bedroom door to reveal a super-comfy queen bed you'll have to fight to get up from. In case you need to get up early, you'll find a bluetooth alarm clock and charging station to the side of the bed. The guest bedroom closet contains a luggage rack, board games, books and extra blankets, sheets and pillows.

The guest bedroom has an en-suite bathroom that can be accessed from the hallway as well. Relax in the deep soaking tub or take an invigorating shower with one of the two shower heads. When you're finished, wrap yourself in a terry cloth robe. Oh, there's no need to pack your hair dryer - we've got one;-)

Master Bedroom Suite

The master bedroom has one of the most comfortable beds in the south. Just in case you need to get an early start the next day, you'll find a smart bluetooth alarm clock and charging station on the night stand along with a reading lamp.

There's also a sitting area with a convertible leather sofa, end table and lamps for use however you see fit.

The master bathroom has dual vanities, deep soaking tub and vertical shower spa complete with dual body jets, waterfall, rain and handheld showers.

There's plenty of space for your clothes in the enormous master closet where you'll also find a luggage rack, extra sheets, blankets and pillows, coffee maker and a full-height Serta EZ Insta Bed. If you need the additional sleeping space, feel free to roll it into the living area. Just plug it up, flip a switch and it will completely construct a queen sized bed in 3 minutes flat - very cool!
