This beautiful brand new 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom pool home can sleep up to 10 people and is situated in a small gated community just a few miles from Disney World. It has a south-facing pool with spa, a games room and contemporary furnishings throughout.

This spacious, brand new villa features 5 bedrooms (two master suites) and 4 bathrooms, all on one level.

The attractive lounge has a 50” flat screen TV and DVD player. It also has sliding doors out to the pool area.

From the fully-fitted kitchen you have an open view to the living room and the pool. The kitchen includes a breakfast bar and a breakfast table for informal dining and a separate dining area with seating for 6 for when you are looking for something more formal. 

All the bedrooms have high quality furniture, plenty of storage space and flat screen TVs. Bedroom 1 is a king size master with a large en suite, walk-in closet and views to the pool. Bedroom 2 features a queen size bed with an en suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 has a queen size bed. Right next door is a family bathroom. Bedrooms 4 and 5 have twin beds and share a bathroom that has access to the pool area.

The pool deck is well equipped with 4 sun loungers and a shady outdoor dining area. The pool also has a spa section. The pool can be heated at an additional cost.

The games room has a sitting area (also a sofa bed), and is fitted out with a pool table, air hockey, fussball table and electric dartboard.

The laundry room has a washer/dryer plus ironing equipment. Linens and towels are provided. This property has air conditioning throughout and free Wifi. For families with babies you will find a fold-out crib and a high chair.

The Cypress Pointe community is located just off Interstate 4 and Hwy 532 in Kissimmee, only a few miles from Walt Disney World.  25 minutes to Orlando International Airport. Within a couple of minutes’ drive there are 2 shopping areas in Champions Gate and Reunion with a great selection of restaurants, diners and bars, banks, gas station, Publix supermarket, CVS Pharmacy, McDonalds etc.
