In addition “the cottage” will take you back in time. The small cottage (50m²) is situated in a beautiful garden (400m²) within a courtyard in the heart of Hamburg-Winterhude (Alster lake and city- park nearby). Absolutely quiet and yet right in the city life! It is suitable for one or two adults (bed has 180x200 cm) and also for a small family (1 Children) - I'll put a cot (140x70 cm) or a travel bed (120x60cm) in the bedroom. Please bookthen for three persons. The kitchen is fully equipped for comfortable self-catering. On arrival you will find coffee, tea and mineral water in the cupboards. The living area is equipped with an LED - TV with DVD player (also available in the bedroom), stereo system,a wide selection of CD's, selected books and board games. In the cozy bedroom one has the opportunity to retreat in a pleasant atmosphere with a book or spend an evening watching TV in bed. A dedicated phone line (free national calls included) and free Internet access (Wlan) belong to the basic equipment. The garden house has its own terrace which is not only perfect for morning breakfast in the beautiful garden but also for an enjoyable glass of wine in the evenings. Starting from here, you can easily reach all of Hamburg’s hot spots with public transport. The notorious St. Pauli offers a fantastic nightlife and the colorful bustle of the "Fish Market" is an absolute must for all Hamburg-visitors. Also, the inner city with "Planten un Blomen"-Park, “Hanse Viertel” quarter and “Jungfernstieg”-street offers shopping, theater, cafes, parks and everything you need for a pleasant stay. In addition, the Stadtpark is just a few minutes away. The city center with Hamburgs railway station and shopping streets is quickly reachable by subway. In addition to the international oversea trade and the futuristic ‘Hafen-City’, Hamburg has also a whole lot of cultural highlights to offer. The annual Harbour birthday, the Reeperbahn and fish market in St. Pauli, the theater and club scene are well known and popular beyond the borders of Germany.
