This is a 4 bedroom 1905sf with private balcony duplex Penthouse Suite,two rooms located at 2nd floor and two rooms located at ground floor ,even if you have guest come and visit you,there is a big living room at downstairs,so you will have more privacy space.very nice klcc and river view from the big balcony(500sf), our 1905sf 4 bedroom Penthouse Suite is suitable for eight(8) people and maximum up to twelve (12) people.
noted: the master bedroom and second room have private balcony.

There is 3-Tiers Security System (Safe & Privacy Guaranteed!)
access card given to our guest ,very good security for in and out the building .
