Rental Details
A 3-bedroom home on a lush green half-acre of land with mature trees. The gated community is a mere 20 minutes' drive from Chiangmai airport. The clubhouse provides a Balinese style swimming pool and tennis courts for use at a nominal fee (1-3 euros for tennis courts depending on days/times). The tastefully decorated home comes with 3 fully furnished bedrooms accommodating upto 8 people with extra beds, one ensuite with separate bath/shower areas, one shower inside the house, and one shower outside the house for those warm days. The rental includes full use of a van and a private chauffeur each day (gasoline excluded) and maid service twice a week. The home is fully air-conditioned and comes with high speed wifi, a western pantry, an Asian kitchen, and a washing machine. All beddings, linens, and toiletries are provided....
The villa is located in "Home in Park", a green gated community in the southern suburb of Chiangmai. Nearby are the Rajapruk Garden, venue of the Royal Flora Expos; Wat Ton Kwen, a centuries-old temple, and many mountain parks and resorts. A local market, 24-hour Tesco Lotus convenience store, and restaurants are within a few minutes from the home. Chiangmai city center and its attractions are also minutes away.
Rental rate is inclusive of full villa rental with utilities plus free use of a van and private chauffeur for up to 10 hours a day. Clients pay for fuel according to actual usage.)
