Modern Studio near Warsaw Stadium

FLAT:
A bright quite studio in is located at Nowaka Jezioranskiego Street, this is new built set of houses where you can find daily shopping.
Flat is at 1-st floor and can be accessible either by stairs or elevator. It has living room, kitchen, bathroom and balcony with table and chairs. All is brand new and clean.

There are two beds available:
140x200 – comfortable Queen Size bed for adults
140x200 – bed ideally for children (sofa)

Beds are prepared with full set of linens and towels for our guests.

Kitchen:
Refrigerator, electric kettle, electric cooker.
For Guests there are set of cutlery, plates, pans prepared.

Bathroom:
Bathroom is modern and stylish,
There is bathtub, wash basin, hair dryer, and washing machine

COMMUNICATION:
From Chopin Airport Flat is accessible by public transport with one change.
Chopin Airport – Saska Street -> BUS number 188, change into bus number 520 and departure at SASKA CH Promenda BUS STOP.
Warsaw is city where you can very cheap travel by taxi, approximate cost from airport to my apartment during the day is 10Euro. If you Guest is interested in Taxi arrangement we are at your disposal to order cheap, reliable taxi corporation.
For Guest who will come by care there is is free big parking next to my apartment, additionally there are many streets you can easily find free parking place.

SURROUNDING AREA:
Apartment is located in the area where you can enjoy spending free time being in the center of Warsaw. There is beautiful lake area called “Balaton” with outdoor gym, path for running and, bicycling. Families with children can enjoy playground with new many installed children equipments for play.
Once you are exhausted by city center you can go and relax for doing shopping. Next to the apartment (100m) there is big Shopping Center where you can find TOP NATIONAL BRANDS at competitive prices.
At the end of the day for those who like Italian Restaurant I recommend Mile Lucie Restaurant which is accessible by food (100m).

GUEST ACCEES:
Guests will receive Apartment’s keys at the arrival day with building acces codes. There is no restriction for usage of flat, once you get the key you can enjoy Warsaw Life.

IMPORTANT THINGS:
We speak English.
Smoking is not allowed.
Pets are not allowed.
Parties (Stag, HEN) are not allowed.
Guest are oblige to follow quiet hours (22:00 - 7:00)
