Chalet, renovated in 2015, with 2 floors consisting of 5 apartments, in one of which resides the owner's family. Very fresh scenario, isolated and quiet, dominated by green meadows and surrounding mountains; the last stretch of road, 1.5 km, leading to the chalet is narrow but well paved and runs partly in the woods. Ideal location for relaxing holidays, despite the chalet lies just 6 km from the lake. All apartments have large covered terrace, equipped with table and chairs. The garden is home to the common ground pool, where guests can relax with the lake in the background, and a small area with playground, tables and chairs. From the chalet there are numerous trails leading to the mountains; behind the chalet is the famous cliff of the "Madonna della Rota", well known among the freeclimbers.
