Rental Details
Our property is located in the residential area Jardines de Caparra, located in the municipality of Bayamon. Near the Hospital San Pablo, the Science Park, Bayamon Golf Course and the metropolitan area, San Juan, Capital of Puerto Rico. With free WiFi whiting the facilities.
As a property dedicated to the vacation rental, we are privileged to have direct access to highway #2, Jardines Train Station, proving our host a shuttle service that runs through the metropolitan area of the country. We are also located less than 5 minutes from the Hospital San Pablo, the Science Park, Bayamon Golf Course and 10 minutes from San Juan's capital.
The apartment is adapted to accommodate 4 people. It has a large room with LCD TV 32 "screen TV with satellite service with a varied program in Spanish and English, 2 bedrooms with closets, 1 with 1 queen size bed and the other with 1 full size bed. The property has wireless internet in all areas, bathrooms with hot and cold water, kitchen area and fully equipped with the necessary cooking utensils, are provided essential as sheets, towels. The apartment has a large balcony and spacious covered terrace and other outdoor areas. All these areas create the perfect balance that allows disconnect and recharged with positive energy.
Upon arrival a guest manual will be available with suggestions to make your stay more comfortable.
