All apartments are designed with elegant comfort in mind satisfying even a demanding salesman or a tourist. Each apartment has its own kitchenette, living room and bedroom with possibility of an additional bed and a separate restroom and bathroom. Two biggest apartments with area of 58 m2 (624 sq ft) offer exclusive accommodation with two bedrooms.

All apartments are furnished and feature LCD TV, high-speed internet connection and business corner with a writing desk.The apartments are sunny, quiet and decorated in smoothing colours. The distinguished quiet location offers a wide range of sports and relaxation activities. For those whose working and business activities bring them straight to Petržalka, the highway bypass ensures not only easy connection to other city parts of Bratislava but also fast accessibility to two international airports – M.R. Štefánik’s (BTE), which takes approximately 15 minutes by car and Vienna’s Schwechat airport (VIE) about 30 minutes by car. MELROSE is directly connected to main international highways going to Prague, Vienna, Budapest and other parts of Slovakia.
