You find yourself near the famous Parc National des Cévennes, a nature reserve with countless small rivers, intimate beaches, and touristy winding roads. Also visit the mediaval town St. Ambroix (3 km) or the picturesque Anduze (37 km), also famous for the large glazed vases that are made here ever since the 17th century. A deep valley called \"Porte de Cévennes\" gives access to the river deltas of the Gardon de St. Jean and the Gardon de Mialet. From here you can make beautiful day trips by car, canoe, or on foot.
