Cozy Apartment Terrace & Beach WiFi

Sleeps 2 people in the main bedroom and 2 on the sofa bed. The kitchen is well equipped, toilet with shower and spacious lovely terrace.
Also there is access to a huge roof terrace.

The apartment is very bright and comfortable, with a fresh renovation and pleasant interior. There is a washing machine and all necessary amenities. Fresh towels & bedding provided. Internet wi-fi.

There are only two apartments in the house and you will have only one neighborhood - my family. We are ready to do check-in and check-out at any time convenient to you and answer all questions.

* Just 8 kilometers from the island's capital Santa Cruz de Tenerife. And only in a 3-minute walk from the beautiful beach Las Teresitas.
* There are about 20-30 restaurants and bars in the village.
* Opposite the house is a grocery store, a supermarket is a 2-minute walk away. Big hypermarkets and shopping centers are located in Santa Cruz.
* There is a bus stop near the house. Distance to Santa Cruz 8 km., it is 10 minutes by car.
* If you rent a car, there is always a place to park near here.
* If necessary, I have baby accessories - crib, bath, carriage.
