You can access virtually every major places in Seoul no more than 20minutes. Especially it is laid on the subway line 6. Sam Gak Ji Station where you can access Itewon(2stops away), Hong Dae(4stops away) by subway. Where else would you like to visit around Seoul? Riverside park of Han River (10min), Central Business District in Jong-Ro (10min), Itewon (8min), Yeo-Ui Island (10min), Kang Nam Area (20min), and Hong Dae (15min) by car, you name it. Besides, Yong San has its own fantastic shopping centers and attractions such as I Park Mall (5min), Lotte Mart (5min), Seoul National Museum (5min), Itae Won (5min), N Seoul Tower(Namsan Mountain), and War Memorial museum(Walking distance). Yong San Station, Seoul Station and Samgak Ji Station are famous for its outstanding location. You can reach within no more than 5 hours any where in Korea (the stations operate bullet train). It's typical Korean Style Apartment building(so-called Officetel), being used as a serviced residence, not so big enough, but has certainly good things that make your stay easy and comport.
