Luxurious Sea Front Four Bedroom Modern Villa Serenity is located in the peaceful village Nova with only 30 holiday villas, surrounded by luscious green countryside where you will be able to recharge yourself.

With its fabulous sea views and intimate sea connection (first row) villa creates a haven for relaxation, with a hint of modern comfort thrown in.

Just a 10 minute drive away are also the busier towns and beaches of Vela Luka, the ferry port that connects this part of the Island with Split airport.

Whilst in the town, make sure to stock up on fresh fish, fruit and vegetables from the local market and get some more local red wine from the villa owner (you will certainly fall in love with it after you open owner Edy's complimentary bottle in the apartment).

Slightly further away (40 km) is the charming town of Korcula, a must for art lovers, history enthusiasts and foodies: it has an abundance of galleries and fabulous restaurants, not to mention the charm of a medieval town with the surrounding walls, city towers with cocktail bars on top and adorable small shops with beautiful unique jewelry!

The décor is a blend of modern and Mediterranean, with the kitchen and living room providing an airy light space.

The house features three separated apartments, each having its own kitchen and living room, covered balcony, bedrooms and bathrooms.

Booked as a whole Villa Serenity is ideal for three families with up to 6 children, since each family has its own privacy and in the same time there is a common terrace with the BBQ facilities, where all friends gather up for alfresco dining and fancy wine moments!

Penthouse apartment for 4 up to 6 persons
Penthouse attic apartment on the first floor is the third and the last apartment in this villa, offering even more privacy, spaciousness, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and three balconies.

It has a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and the balcony floor to ceiling doors that open out onto a small intimate balcony to fall in love with!

Second bedroom has two separate beds, ideal for children. As well as the master bedroom, it has its own air-conditioning unit, LCD television and a Wi-Fi access.

Additionally, this charming children’s bedroom has a small reading table that most parents use as a computer corner.

Smaller apartment for 2 up to 4 persons:
Each of the two apartments on the ground floor has a separated bedroom, kitchen with living room and the exit to the covered balcony with magnificent sea views, spacious bathroom with natural light coming through window, washing machine and shower cabin.

Although small, kitchen has everything you need for a comfortable cooking: ceramic cooker (two plates), big fridge with a small freezer in it, a small dishwasher and all needed small equipment.

Kitchen continues into a light and airy living room with a sleeping couch for two, air conditioning unit, very thin and stylish LCD SAT television and floor to ceiling window doors, that open out into the big covered balcony with magical sea views.

You will spend most of your gastronomic moments here: having breakfast, dining and drinking a glass of owner’s wine gorgeous red in the evening!

Separated bedroom with a very comfortable double bed has another air-conditioning unit, LCD SAT TV and Wi-Fi access.

You will fall in love with the satin bed linen and the best mattresses we ever slept in!

Villa Exteriors
Outside, there is a large private swimming pool, common to all three apartments, but this isn’t its only luxury.
This villa has outdoor shower, 4 parking lots, outdoor BBQ, sun loungers, sun umbrellas, satellite TV, free Wi-Fi access and a modern lighting system indoors, outdoors and in the pool, which adds to the romantic ambience of the open sea views!
